New Baby

Letter #1:
We want you to be among the first to know that Jennifer gave birth to our sweet Tiffany Anne yesterday morning at 4:35. She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and measured 20 inches in length. She has lots of dark hair and long fingers like her mother. I think we have another pianist.

We are still a little overwhelmed by the thought that we are parents, but the 3:00 a.m. feeding is beginning to make believers of us. We feel like a real family now. It has been an incredible experience that we wouldn’t trade for anything. We hope we’ll have a chance to show her off soon when we come to Newtown.

Letter #2:
We now have three girls and three boys. The sixth, Eric, was born at 7:29 a.m. on Friday, March 10. He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and measured 21 inches. His mother is well and very happy. I’m still wondering what she meant by that “never again” comment. It’s just a little ambiguous, don’t you think?

Our other children received Eric with open arms. Wait until he starts to crawl. He is a true joy, though. We’d love to have you visit and see how good-looking he is. They say he takes after his father.

Letter #3:
Congratulations are in order and bubble gum cigars all around-it’s a GIRL! Mary came into the world at the convenient hour of 5:00 p.m. exactly, on Tuesday, November 24. Jesse is beautiful, healthy, and has the perfect number of everything. Mother Jennifer is doing wonderfully as well.

We are so looking forward to getting to know our daughter. We hope you will be able to visit us soon and meet the new boss!
