Wages

To [[The Board of Directors]]:

This is a formal complaint concerning wages and hours.

I am in the process of filing a formal report to the Labor Commission under Section 3, paragraphs A and D, of the Industrial Welfare Commission Order No. 5-80.  According to this code, my income is at least $200 per month under the allowed minimum wage and overtime amount.

The response of your manager, Mr. Tito Ortiz, was, “Mentioning your action to anyone in this organization will result in your immediate termination.”

I hope that your concern about this situation will make it possible for you to resolve it without any further action on my part.
