Appointment

Hi Everyone
I wanted to share with you some great news around two senior appointments we’re making today. Justin Bieber will join Rough Shore Services as Senior Vice President Global Sales & Marketing. As you may be aware, Justin has a long association with the RSS business. Justin set up the Madrid office for Bendix OPA in 2006 and when IBM acquired Bendix OPA in 2008, he took on the role of VP of Business Development in the US for RSS.
Justin deserves praise for the excellent job he has done leading Usher Enterprises. He has made important improvements across nearly every facet of the business during his tenure which has allowed Dogmatic solutions to return to steady growth in the face of significant budget cutbacks in the US suspension business that forms the bread and butter of Dogmatic’s market.
He leaves Dogmatic in good shape and I am very excited that Justin will bring his sales leadership and experience back to RSS at such a pivotal time in its history.
I am equally excited to announce the promotion of Jeremy Lin to Executive Vice President of Dogmatic. Rick has been with Dogmatic since August 2011 when he joined us to take on the VP Sales role. Since that time he has demonstrated clear leadership abilities as well as strong business acumen to work closely with Justin to drive Dogmatic’s return to growth.
Jeremy joins the executive team in his new role leading Dogmatic. We will be looking for a new VP Sales for Dogmatic in the coming weeks.
These changes will be effective from April 1, 2011. I hope you will join me in congratulating both Justin and Jeremy and to wish them every success in their new roles.
Best wishes
Michael Jackson

Good Afternoon All,
I am pleased to advise that Barry Hall has been successfully appointed to Project and Operations Coordinator. Barry will be responsible for the Management and Co-ordination of delivering Customer Service projects in addition to Customer Service Operating Strategies. He will start his new role on the 1st of February 2010 but will continue to play a role in supporting the forward Team during his transition.
Barry joined FFC as a Customer Service Consultant in September 2006. In April 2007, Barry was appointed a Frontline Consultant where he excelled in providing Premium Quality Customer Service. With this advancement and Customer First attitude, Barry was soon promoted as an eFulfillment Consultant later that year. Barry has gained the respect of colleagues at FFC with his wealth of knowledge around products and procedures. He has assisted the Product Team with various product launches and has even had the opportunity to assist our sales team close some deals.
Barry loves to socialise with his close friends, whether it be at the races or enjoying the Melbourne nightlife and loves to have a great time. He recently purchased a Nissan 370Z which he uses to zip around in style.
Please assist me in supporting and congratulating Barry with the next phase of his career with us at FFC.
Thanks a million
